JJChat is a free app. Coins — the in‑app currency used for calls and gifts — are earned free by watching ads. There are no in‑app purchases, so there is nothing to pay for and nothing to refund.
You cannot buy coins or any other item in JJChat with money. Coins are obtained only by watching rewarded ads inside the App. Because no payment is ever taken, the App has no paid orders, refunds or cancellations.
Coins are a virtual item for use inside the App only. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn for cash.
We may adjust or remove coins obtained through bugs, abuse or fraud. As coins are free, no compensation is due in these cases.
