Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the JJChat mobile application (the "App"), operated by JJChat ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility (18+)

JJChat is for users aged 18 years and above only. By using the App you confirm you are at least 18. We may suspend accounts that we believe belong to minors.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your phone number via a one‑time password (OTP).
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
• Provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.

3. Coins

• Coins are a virtual in‑app currency used only for voice/video calls and for sending gifts.
• Coins are earned free by watching rewarded ads in the App. They are not for sale.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn for money.
• We may change coin rates or balances, and may remove coins obtained through abuse, bugs or fraud.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use JJChat to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten or impersonate others.
• Share sexual, violent, illegal, hateful or otherwise harmful content.
• Send spam, scams, or solicit money under false pretences.
• Use bots, cheat the coin/referral/earnings system, or break the App.
• Collect other users' data or violate their privacy.

You can block and report other users. We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

6. Calls & content

Direct voice and video calls are only possible between people who have accepted each other as friends. You can also meet new people through the optional random match, which connects you with users you may not know. You are responsible for your conduct. We do not record call audio or video, but we may act on reports of abuse.

7. Service availability

We provide the App "as is". We may change, suspend or stop features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JJChat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other users. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused coins may be forfeited on termination for a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
